March Associates Construction is proud to be the construction manager for the restoration of The Union Hotel building in Courthouse Square, Flemington, NJ.
March is taking on the challenge to maintain this historic beauty and preserve its ornate, vintage features. Scaffolding and bracing is being installed so repairs can be made to the hotel’s deteriorating exterior.
The Union Hotel redevelopment is a project by Jack Cust, seen below, with Mayor Betsy Driver of Flemington, NJ and March Construction representative Tom Cavallero.
The Courthouse Square project calls for the 15-room hotel to be completely renovated before an additional 85 rooms are added.
Courthouse Square also includes 206 residential units and 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a project designed to maintain the county seat’s historic streetscape. The project is anticipated to be completed in 2022.
