“It’s gratifying to know that after his extensive review of the matter, Judge O’Neil confirmed that Mayor [Phil] Greiner, the planning board, the borough council together with their legal and planning consultants took the appropriate steps and exercised the due diligence necessary to adopt and expand a much needed Redevelopment Plan," Cust said.
