Remediation on the buildings has begun and the following has been completed to date:

Currently being worked on now is the following:

8 Spring Street – should be completed within a week

76 Main Street – the roof should be completed in a week

The rear portion of the hotel (wood structure) is slated to be demolished as soon as we receive confirmation of the utility disconnection. We expect this to begin within a week.
